3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
* Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for all PNR bookings and visa applications. This includes personal details, travel itineraries, passport information, and any other required documentation.
* Ensure that all information submitted complies with the requirements of the relevant airline, embassy, or consulate.
* Use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or disrupt the functionality of our platform.
* Be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including login credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account.
Any false, incomplete, or misleading information provided may result in the cancellation of your booking, rejection of your visa application, or other penalties imposed by airlines, embassies, or consulates.
4. Payment Terms
* Payment for Services: All payments for PNR bookings and visa application services must be made in full at the time of booking or application submission, unless otherwise specified. We accept payments via secure payment gateways using credit/debit cards, net banking, or other methods as indicated on our platform.
* Currency: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. For international transactions, currency conversion rates and fees may apply as per your bank or payment provider.
* Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as visa application service fees or airline booking fees, may be non-refundable as per our Refund Policy and the policies of third parties (e.g., airlines, embassies).
* Failed Payments: If a payment fails or is declined, Sayar International reserves the right to cancel your booking or withhold visa application services until payment is successfully processed.
5. Cancellation and Modification Policies
* PNR Bookings: Cancellations or modifications to flight bookings are subject to the airline’s policies and fare rules. Many low-cost airline tickets are non-refundable or may incur cancellation fees. Sayar International may also charge an administrative fee for processing cancellations or modifications, which will be communicated at the time of the request.
* Visa Applications: Once a visa application has been submitted to the embassy or consulate, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Service fees paid to Sayar International for visa assistance are non-refundable once the application process has begun, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
* User-Initiated Changes: Any changes to your booking or application (e.g., changing travel dates, correcting personal information) must be requested in writing via email to aminmsayar@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but additional fees may apply, and changes are subject to approval by the airline or embassy.
* Third-Party Changes: Sayar International is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes initiated by airlines, embassies, or other third parties. We will assist in coordinating with these parties to resolve issues, but we are not liable for any resulting losses or expenses.
6. Limitation of Liability
* Service Limitations: Sayar International acts as an intermediary and does not control the operations of airlines, embassies, or consulates. We are not liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, overbookings, or changes to flight schedules by airlines.
- Visa application rejections, delays, or additional requirements imposed by embassies or consulates.
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by you that leads to booking or visa issues.
- Losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or airline/embassy policies.
* Financial Liability: Our liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service (e.g., PNR booking fee or visa application service fee). We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, missed travel opportunities, or additional expenses.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sayar International website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sayar International or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes related to PNR bookings and visa applications.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

* Processing Time: Approved refunds for PNR bookings may take 7-14 business days to process and appear in your account, depending on your bank and the airline's processing times.
2. Visa Application Refunds
Fees paid for visa application services are generally non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the embassy or consulate, regardless of the outcome (approval or rejection) of the visa.
* Service Fees: Sayar International's service fees for assisting with visa applications are for the administrative work, documentation review, and submission. These fees are non-refundable once our service has been initiated and the application prepared.
* Embassy/Consulate Fees: Fees charged by the embassy or consulate for visa processing are determined by them and are typically non-refundable, even if the visa is denied or withdrawn. Sayar International has no control over these fees.
* Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases of proven error on the part of Sayar International leading to a visa rejection (which must be clearly demonstrated), we may consider a partial refund of our service fee. Each case will be reviewed individually.
3. General Refund Conditions
All refund requests must be made in writing via email to aminmsayar@gmail.com or through our designated support channels. Please include your PNR or visa application reference number and a detailed reason for the refund request.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the booking or service. Sayar International reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Sayar International acts as an agent for airlines and other travel service providers when making PNR bookings. We are not liable for any changes, cancellations, delays, overbookings, or any other issues that may arise directly from the airline's operations or policies.
Any claims for compensation or refunds related to flight disruptions must be directed to the respective airline as per their terms and conditions of carriage. We will, however, provide reasonable assistance in communicating with airlines on your behalf.
